Company History

Mirsis Information Technologies was founded in 2008 by Ayla Gül Düzgider and Ece Kutlucan. Providing software and technology services, Mirsis provides consultancy, custom software development, technology transformation, project management, hardware maintenance, outsourcing, testing service, system continuity and management services to its customers with more than 350 employees, approximately two-thirds of whom are developers.

We have included Project Services, including end-to-end installation and commissioning, within the scope of our System Consultancy.

We completed the necessary certifications by including Test Management Consultancy and Services among our capabilities at the Kocaeli Technopark location.

We included our Information Security, Process Consultancy and Environmental Management skills among our consultancy services and competencies, and completed our certification process by passing the necessary audits.

We continue on our way with even stronger steps together with our group companies, on which we have adopted the mission of blending our talent and experience with technology. Miera Information Technologies is an R&D and software consultancy company established with the knowledge of Mirsis. Focus Career and Human Resources is a consultancy company that continues to bring together its corporate customers and candidates with updated and improved programs that follow human resources trends with its professionals who are experts in their fields.

We continue to develop high value-added products and services by receiving our On-Site R&D Center approval at the Mirsis group level.

We received project approval from Eureka, an international cooperation platform that supports the research and development of advanced technologies, products, processes and services that will increase the competitiveness of industrial and research organizations in European countries in the world markets.

We opened our first overseas office in Baku in 2024, with the aim of taking an active role in Azerbaijan's digital transformation process. We will continue to add value to our country with our international service exports in the light of our more than 15 years of experience in the banking, finance and insurance sectors.
